The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full-cycle technical hiring process, partnering with various internal teams to redefine quality of hire. This role involves designing and executing search strategies, managing multiple complex searches, acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, and continuously improving hiring practices.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (~3+ years)
Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience hiring for research, infrastructure, systems, or other deeply technical roles.
Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions.
Background in high-growth startups or similarly fast-moving environments.
A builder’s mindset: you experiment, learn quickly, spot patterns, and continuously refine recruiting playbooks and processes.
