First Resonance is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers, with additional support for corporate functions. The role partners with hiring managers, sources candidates, runs structured interviews and calibration sessions, manages ATS data, and contributes to employer branding. Candidates should have at least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, experience in regulated or hard-tech industries, and strong sourcing and ATS skills.
