FlexTrades is hiring a Technical Recruiter (Skilled Trades) to source, screen, interview, and submit candidates for project-based skilled-industrial manufacturing work, including CNC machinists, welders, industrial painters, assembly technicians, and engineers. The role requires high-volume outbound recruiting, candidate assessment, ATS and Microsoft Office use, customer service, and occasional nights and weekends, with extensive travel across the country. It requires at least five years of recent recruiting experience, agency recruiting in a travel-based workforce model, and experience in a fully remote environment. The position offers medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with a $50,000–$58,000 base salary plus commission.
