Description
Gnostech is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to support its Washington, DC area presence and DoD and Intelligence Community programs. The role manages full-lifecycle recruiting, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, onboarding, clearance verification, compliance reporting, and staffing support for proposal and contract opportunities. It requires 5–7 years of federal and defense recruiting experience, including at least 3 years with DoD or national security customers, a Secret U.S. Security Clearance, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is primarily hybrid in Washington, DC, with occasional support to offices and customer sites in other states.
