Hebbia is hiring a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its Engineering, Product, Design, and Security teams, partnering closely with founders, executives, and hiring managers to shape hiring plans, source and close exceptional technical talent, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The role is on the Talent team at Hebbia, an AI platform for investors and bankers, and requires at least 2 years of EPD recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup, along with a track record of scaling technical teams and aligning stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation, and interview processes.
