InSpace is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to build and professionalize its Talent Acquisition function while recruiting software engineers, product, design, data, and web-development talent. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pools, partners with hiring managers, uses recruitment data and AI, and improves processes and employer branding. It is based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven and offers a yearly salary of €45,000–€58,000 including vacation pay.
