IT Unlock is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their multicultural team. This is a permanent, hybrid position requiring candidates to reside in the Montreal area. Responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, researching candidates via web searches and social media, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates through calls, using the ITU's recruitment system, updating candidate tracking, participating in recruitment events, and building relationships with hiring managers.
