Junction is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end technical hiring for its engineering, design, data, and product teams. The role focuses on building an outbound pipeline, developing a European engineering network, managing multiple roles through to offer, partnering with hiring managers, improving interview and calibration processes, and using data to improve hiring quality. It is fully remote within the GMT timezone, pays £65,000–£90,000 plus equity, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
