LatchBio is hiring a Technical Recruiter to source and close wet-lab, computational, sales, and operational talent across biological AI and biotech fields. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, ATS accuracy, hiring-manager alignment, candidate rejections, new-hire check-ins, recruiting-process optimization, and broader operations support. It requires strong judgment, candidate experience, process discipline, and a culture-focused approach. The position offers a $190,000 base salary plus relocation bonus, premium-covered health insurance, equity, FSA, and 401(k) contributions, and is strictly in-person Monday through Friday at the Mission Bay, San Francisco office.
