Description
Lightfield is hiring a hands-on Technical Recruiter to build and scale its engineering team across software engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, initial screening, candidate experience, hiring-manager partnerships, ATS and process discipline, and recruiting metrics. It requires at least four years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, strong technical-sourcing ability, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-moving early-stage startup.
