MatX is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized hardware, systems, and AI-focused engineering roles, including AI silicon, RTL, microarchitecture, verification, physical design, and SoC/power architecture. The role partners with hiring managers, builds talent pipelines, sources candidates, assesses technical skills, reports pipeline metrics, and improves the candidate experience. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications, 3–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, startup recruiting experience, high-volume recruiting experience, and knowledge of Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Mountain View, California office, and offers a US base salary of $180,000–$400,000 plus equity.
