Mirage is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for its Engineering and Product teams. The role partners with leadership, hiring managers, and recruiting peers to source elite technical talent, manage candidates through offer acceptance, improve hiring velocity and candidate satisfaction, and support an inclusive workplace.
