Description
Moment is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own and operate its full-cycle technical hiring engine. The role covers pipeline generation for senior, staff, and principal product, design, and engineering roles; candidate screening, interview coordination, offer construction, and onboarding; partnership with engineering leaders on role profiles and scorecards; and maintenance of ATS hygiene, interview kits, reporting, and hiring rituals. The position requires at least three years of sourcing or recruiting technical or go-to-market talent, with a focus on outbound creativity, high-velocity execution, and talent judgment. Compensation is $150,000 to $250,000 base salary plus equity and performance-based bonuses, with health, dental, and vision coverage.
