Description
Monaco is hiring a Technical Recruiter to partner with its founding technical recruiter and scale engineering and technical hiring. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for software, data, infrastructure, product, and other technical roles; sources passive talent; coordinates interviews; improves candidate and hiring-manager experiences; and helps build recruiting processes and workflows. The position requires 2–6 years of technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting skills, and a builder mindset. It is based in San Francisco on an in-person, five-days-in-the-office schedule.
