New Era Technology is hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, especially senior network, infrastructure, and security engineers and architects. The role partners with hiring managers, sources candidates, screens resumes, conducts initial interviews, coordinates interview panels, extends offers, maintains ATS records, and builds a pipeline of qualified technical talent. Candidates need at least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing and technical-assessment skills, ATS proficiency, U.S. work authorization, and a remote work setup.
