Numeric is hiring an in-person Technical Recruiter in New York to own full-cycle execution for technical and business-critical roles. The role covers sourcing, screening, stakeholder calibration, candidate experience, and recruiting infrastructure, including ATS hygiene, reporting, and referral loops. Candidates should have 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets, and the ability to run the full process independently; fintech, accounting-adjacent, or data-infrastructure recruiting experience is a plus.
