The role manages stakeholder expectations, partners with executives and hiring managers, designs and executes strategic sourcing plans, owns the candidate experience through the loop interview stage, provides talent-market insights, sources technical talent through outreach and passive campaigns, and builds nurturing campaigns and recruitment marketing efforts.
