Plateau GRP is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles supporting federal government contracting programs. The role partners with hiring managers, sources candidates with technical skills and security clearances, manages requisitions and candidate activity in an ATS, coordinates interviews, supports onboarding, and maintains talent pipelines. It is an onsite position in Fairfax, Virginia, with a stated salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
