Prior Labs is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across Science, Engineering, and Data Science. The role sources global technical talent, positions the company against competing frontier AI and enterprise AI employers, screens and interviews research, engineering, and customer-facing profiles, negotiates offers, and manages the ATS pipeline. Candidates should have at least five years of in-house technical recruiting experience in deep-tech, AI/ML, research-led startups, or frontier labs, with experience closing ML researchers or research engineers and hiring customer-facing engineering profiles. The position is based five days per week in the Berlin office.
