Reflect Orbital is hiring a Technical Recruiter to source and close engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and aerospace talent. The role leads outbound recruiting, builds talent pipelines, engages candidates, partners with hiring leads, and represents the company at industry events. Candidates should have 2–5 years of aerospace recruiting experience, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and ITAR or export-controlled hiring environments, and experience in hardware startups or high-growth technology companies.
