REGENT is hiring a Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and other hiring leaders on full-cycle recruiting across a range of technical and business roles. The role owns talent pipelines, candidate engagement, sourcing, hiring-process guidance, data-informed search strategy, and recruiting-process improvement. REGENT prefers candidates based in the Rhode Island area or willing to relocate, while exceptional remote candidates who can travel regularly to the company’s Rhode Island headquarters may also be considered.
