Description

Relativity Space is hiring three full-cycle Technical Recruiters to support hiring managers across Manufacturing, Operations, and Design Engineering. The role partners with senior leaders to identify talent, sources and engages passive candidates, manages the full recruiting lifecycle, improves recruiting processes, and advocates for a strong candidate experience. It is a fully onsite position in Long Beach requiring five days per week, with a hiring range of $49–$68 USD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-scaling, high-growth organizations
Experience sourcing passive talent and filling early- to mid-career roles
Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies
Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies
Experience improving recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizations
Experience managing high-volume non-exempt hiring and specialized exempt searches simultaneously
Ability to pivot between departments, priorities, and hiring needs
