Roboflow is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research. The role partners with hiring managers on talent profiles and interview loops, builds sourcing and referral pipelines, evaluates technical candidates, improves recruiting systems, and supports workforce planning. Candidates should have experience recruiting technical talent in startup, SaaS, AI, developer-tool, or related technology environments, along with strong sourcing, communication, operational, and judgment skills. The role is distributed and remote-first, with hubs in New York City, San Francisco, Brazil, and Singapore, and offers a target base compensation of $110,000–$225,000 plus equity and other benefits.
