The role focuses on Applied AI and AI infrastructure engineering recruiting, including full-cycle hiring, technical sourcing, bar calibration, interview design, agency management, recruiting automation, and pipeline reporting. Candidates need at least one year of professional experience, including one year of technical recruiting in an early-stage startup, along with technical fluency, modern recruiting-tool proficiency, and strong ownership. The position requires being in the office at least three days per week and offers a base salary of $180,000–$250,000 USD plus benefits, stock options, and perks.
