Sequoia Connect is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support engineering and administrative hiring for client organizations in Mexico and the United States. The role owns full-cycle/front-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, candidate pipeline management, job posting, applicant tracking, hiring-manager partnership, and candidate experience in a fast-paced startup environment. The position is home-office based and requires a bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of corporate-function recruiting experience, strong English and Spanish communication, recruiting-platform and ATS proficiency, G-Suite knowledge, organization, teamwork, and integrity.
