Sequoia Connect is hiring a home-office Technical Recruiter to support recruiting for client Engineering and Administrative teams across Mexico and the United States. The role owns full-cycle/front-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, candidate pipeline management, job posting, applicant tracking, hiring-manager partnership, and candidate experience. It requires a bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience, strong English and Spanish communication, recruiting-platform and e-recruitment knowledge, G-Suite proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
