Solcoa is hiring a Technical Recruiter to identify, source, screen, assess, and hire technical talent for its engineering, process, chemistry, materials science, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing operations teams. The role partners with founders and technical stakeholders, manages the full recruiting lifecycle, builds candidate pipelines, provides market insights, and improves recruiting workflows and reporting. Required experience includes technical recruiting in a startup, manufacturing, or agency environment, along with success hiring for specialized technical roles. Preferred experience includes rare earths, metallurgy, recycling, battery materials, semiconductors, and recruiting operators and technicians.
