Technical Recruiter at Unusual Machines

Unusual Machines is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to own recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. The role partners with hiring managers, sources and closes candidates including passive talent, builds talent pipelines, provides market and candidate feedback, and improves recruiting processes and employer brand. Candidates should have at least five years of recruiting experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, or drone environment, along with strong sourcing, communication, organization, and partnership skills. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000, with equity, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and catered lunches.
