Compass is hiring a Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for Engineering, Data, and Product teams. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, sources active and passive candidates, coordinates screenings and interviews, partners with hiring managers, and promotes the company’s brand. Candidates need at least three years of engineering recruiting and sourcing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a bachelor’s degree, interviewing expertise, and experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. The position is in-office and offers a base salary of $120,000-$130,000 plus potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
