Vapi is hiring a Technical Recruiter to build its Talent Acquisition function from the ground up and own end-to-end engineering hiring. The role partners with engineering leaders, develops sourcing and candidate pipelines, runs full-cycle recruiting, improves hiring processes, and delivers exceptional engineering hires. Candidates should have at least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, significant ownership of technical and engineering hiring, experience scaling an early-stage or hyper-growth technology company, and strong partnership and operational skills.
