Sequoia Connect is hiring a home-office Technical Recruiter to lead international IT recruiters and manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles supporting Engineering and Admin teams in Mexico and the United States. The role partners with hiring managers and the People Team, develops sourcing strategies, manages candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems, oversees candidate experience, and posts and maintains job descriptions. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree, more than five years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, more than two years leading IT recruiters, bilingual English and Spanish communication skills, recruiting KPI experience, and proficiency with recruiting platforms, e-recruitment tools, and Google Workspace.
