AegisAI is hiring a Technical Recruiter to build and execute full-cycle recruiting pipelines for Engineering & AI, GTM/Sales, and Operations roles. The role focuses on aggressive outbound sourcing, direct partnership with founders and leaders, candidate pitching, rapid interview scheduling, and using AI tools to improve pipeline velocity. Candidates should have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, proven sourcing and closing ability for technical and business roles, strong agency execution, and the ability to communicate with complex engineering and sales audiences.
