Relativity Space is hiring a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, source and close high-performing candidates, and improve the recruiting process. The role focuses on hardware technical recruiting, passive candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and candidate experience, and is fully onsite at Cape Canaveral with five days per week onsite. Candidates need at least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-scaling organizations, along with sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, offer negotiation, and process-improvement experience. The hiring range is $49–$68 USD.
