Everpure is hiring an experienced Recruiter for its Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies, owns end-to-end recruiting activities, sources and engages candidates, manages candidate pipelines, coordinates interviews and offers, and improves hiring outcomes through metrics. The position requires 6 to 10 years of recruiting experience, sourcing and passive-talent expertise, stakeholder management, and experience across business, technical, or corporate functions. It is primarily an in-office role in Bangalore.
