Hyphenate is hiring an India-based Technical Recruiter to own outbound sourcing and closing for U.S. software engineering and technical roles. The role involves designing and running cold email and cold-calling campaigns, using AI-enabled sourcing tools, managing candidate communication, and partnering with the hiring team. It is a remote position with a six-day work week and late India-time hours aligned to U.S. business hours, and requires 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing U.S. product startup, including sourcing and closing multiple U.S. software engineering roles.
