Description
Harvey is hiring a full-cycle Infrastructure Recruiter to build its Infrastructure and Platform engineering organization. The role partners with engineering leaders to create hiring plans, source and close senior and Staff+ engineers, manage technical recruiting pipelines across distributed systems, cloud, Kubernetes, databases, SRE, model serving, and security, and improve recruiting processes. Candidates should have 3–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including infrastructure or platform recruiting, a high-growth startup background, and a record of hiring senior and Staff-level engineers. The compensation range is 130,000–150,000 USD.
