Arango is hiring a Technical Recruiter Intern to support its People team in the full talent acquisition lifecycle. The intern will coordinate applicant tracking system tasks, screen resumes, track recruitment metrics, update job postings, schedule interviews across multiple time zones, communicate with candidates, and assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, campus outreach, and employee referrals. The internship begins unpaid and may convert to a paid position after a successful performance review, with mentorship and experience using recruiting tools and ATS systems.
