Dignify Solutions is hiring five Technical Recruiters to service direct clients. The role is based in India and requires working in the Eastern Timezone during the night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Indian time. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, screening profiles and candidates, collecting information, following up with selected candidates, and filling contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions. Required qualifications include good communication, learning attitude, technical understanding, an IT degree or certification, 6 months to 2 years of recruiting and staffing experience, and 1–3 years of IT recruiting experience.
