Esri is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for its growing Products divisions. The role partners with senior leadership, develops sourcing strategies, builds diverse candidate pipelines, manages candidates, supports HR specialists, and analyzes recruiting metrics. Candidates need at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and partnership skills, behavioral assessment ability, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position is onsite in the Redlands, California area, with relocation assistance available, and offers a base salary of $73,528 to $121,160 USD plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
