SpaceX is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter (Starlink) to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, supply chain, and technical operations roles. The role sources, screens, interviews, and onboards candidates; develops passive talent pipelines; manages clients and requisitions; and represents SpaceX professionally. It is based onsite in Redmond, Washington, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of recruiting experience or equivalent experience, and offers a base salary of $95,000 to $140,000 depending on level, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
