Doctronic is hiring a Technical Recruiting Manager to build and own full-cycle recruiting for senior AI/ML, backend, LLM, clinical AI, and agentic systems engineering roles. The role will develop proactive sourcing strategies, partner with engineering leadership, design recruiting processes and employer branding, manage ATS pipelines, and report funnel metrics. It requires at least five years of technical recruiting experience, including two years focused on AI/ML or applied ML roles, and is based in New York with a hybrid onsite arrangement of three days per week in the office.
