Description
Bosch is hiring an on-site Industrial Engineer to serve as a Technical Reference for Industrial Engineering (TEF6) on the plant floor. The role provides technical coaching, leads time and methods studies and VT assessments, develops standardized work, drives productivity and cost-reduction projects, supports plant strategic initiatives and BPS assessments, and promotes ergonomic improvements and benchmarking. Candidates need an engineering or business administration degree, production planning or leadership experience, MTM knowledge, and intermediate English; SAP, CAPP, and BPS/TEF6 experience are preferred. The position is on-site in the CtP/TEF62 hiring area and includes medical and dental assistance, flexible working hours, and other Bosch benefits.
