As a Technical Reference in the Run team, you will maintain, develop, and enhance client-specific features of the Hardis WMS solution. This involves ensuring service continuity, delivering high-quality results, and meeting contractual obligations. You will analyze and resolve issues related to custom features, perform evolutionary maintenance for various requests, prevent regressions, support application updates, and structure the client's technical assets. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing needs, and applying information systems security policies like ISSP, especially under ISO 27001.
