IGEL is hiring a permanent Technical Relationship Manager for a remote United States role. The position serves as a strategic liaison between IGEL and enterprise customers, providing product knowledge, supporting incident and query escalation, guiding projects and upgrades, developing account plans, advising on technical best practices, and identifying additional product opportunities. The role requires at least five years of enterprise-level technical relationship experience, five or more years of relevant engineering, consulting, or system integration experience, experience with virtualization and directory-management technologies, and the ability to travel up to 30% to customer locations.
