Description
John Crane is seeking a temporary Technical Reliability Project Lead to provide technical leadership for large-scale and complex reliability projects and to support existing Reliability and Performance Plus Contracts. The role leads projects from scope definition through execution, delivery, and closure; translates customer and contract requirements into technical plans; coordinates specialists; performs reliability analyses; develops improvement plans; manages milestones and risks; and supports knowledge transfer and contract performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of experience leading asset management and reliability engineering initiatives, experience with complex multidisciplinary projects and service or reliability contracts, intermediate-to-advanced English, and fluent Spanish.
