Description
The Technical Requirements Engineer / Solution Architect will connect customers, products, and engineering teams from discovery through solution architecture, translating ambiguous requirements into robust specifications and data-integration approaches. The role supports pilot customers, develops requirements and priorities, handles data governance and regulatory considerations, and collaborates with founders and engineering. It requires informatics or comparable education, data and systems integration experience, domain expertise in Industry, Medical, or Finance, customer-facing experience, and German C1 and English B2 proficiency. The position offers €68,000–78,000 gross per year, remote or hybrid work from Karlsruhe, and temporary work from EU countries.
