Description
Sika Colombia SAS is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and manage business with distributors and construction companies. The role involves prospecting and following projects from design through execution, developing technical specifications and solutions, managing customer portfolios and key accounts, supporting marketing and administrative processes, and providing technical advice. Candidates should have a civil engineering, architecture, or related background, at least two years of civil construction experience, one year of commercial management experience, and knowledge of construction, structures, finishes, mixtures, and construction-site personnel management.
