NXP is hiring for its Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP), an early-career development program for new college graduates preparing for permanent Field Application Engineer (FAE) roles in the Americas Sales organization. The program combines structured learning with on-the-job experience supporting customers and sales teams in industrial, IoT, and automotive markets. Responsibilities include technical guidance on NXP products, proof-of-concept development, debugging, schematic and PCB review, demonstrations, training, and customer enablement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, recent graduation or upcoming graduation, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and experience or projects in applications engineering, embedded software, technical sales, or customer support. The role is based in Austin with primary travel within North America and an anticipated hire date of Q2 2027.
