This entry-level field Sales position is designed to develop future Technical Sales Representatives through a structured two-year mentorship and training program. The associate will support up to three TSRs, collaborate with Regional Management, and gain extensive exposure to evolution motion solutions' products, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities include participating in training, supporting TSRs, engaging with customers, contributing to company initiatives like filtration and accessories, and managing customer interactions within a CRM system.
