Description
Plymouth is hiring a Technical Sales Associate to support customers with technical information about Plymouth Engineered Shapes products and services, coordinate production, purchase orders, shipments, quotes, and delivery schedules, resolve technical issues, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments. The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience, 4–6 years of customer service experience preferably in manufacturing, manufacturing-process knowledge, problem-solving, analytical and mathematical skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to handle moderately complex issues independently.
